Dr. Ranganathan's diagnosis is so perfect. Had an infection which was not going off for long time inspite of antibiotics. He explained the problem so nicely and treated so efficiently. He operated it and its completely healed in 2 weeks. He listens to the problem very patiently and a very nice person. I rate both surgiderma and dr ranganathan 100 out of 5.
